PARKING
One parking space designated in front of the unit
All other parking in spaces marked “G” for guests
If unauthorized parking in the assigned space, see entry gate security staff when present, or call Homeowners office. They will attempt to locate auto owner and request removal, or they will arrange for tow away. DO NOT CALL TOWING COMPANY.

TRASH DISPOSAL
Please use trash bins located inside the wooden enclosure across the parking lot. Bins are emptied on Thursday. All trash may be deposited in the bins; the disposal company handles all recycling separation.

PINEWILD CONDOMINIUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Entry is by Gate Key only.
Registration of your party, vehicle, and pet, if any, is required. Registration is done at the Homeowner’s Association Office weekdays and on weekends if open, but in any case at the earliest possible time.
Street is one-way. Speed limit is 15 MPH
Not Permitted:
Parking or storage of campers, motor homes or trailers.
Parking in unassigned spaces. Unregistered vehicles are subject to being towed away.
Operation of unlicensed motorized vehicles (trail bikes, snowmobiles, etc).
Home occupancy by more persons than the furnished bed space. Reunions, wedding parties, meetings.
Abuse of facilities, excessive noise or music.
Hanging of towels or laundry on deck or porch rails
Pets in common area unless under constant control and supervision by owner or on a leash. Pets on beach May 1 - October 30. Pet owners are responsible for immediate clean up after their pets.
Boat tie ups at pier. Use of buoys unless permitted by the specific buoy owner.
Boat speed in excess of 5 MPH within 200 feet of shore, pier or buoy field.
Skiing off of or landing on the beach at PineWild.
Tennis play of longer than 90 minutes, per home at one time.
Tennis play in other than tennis shoes.
