RESERVATIONS

 

Please call or reply by email if you would like to make a reservation.  Reservations may be made up to one year in advance, with priority given to returning guests. Following your reservation, we will send to you a Rental Agreement and you will be asked to make a deposit in order to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 90 days prior to your arrival. Deposit may be 25% - 50% depending upon date and duration of the reservation. The deposit is waived for returning guests.

 

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND

 

Your reservation is confirmed after we receive your signed Rental Agreement and deposit. You may cancel your reservation at any time. If the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, you are entitled to receive a full refund of amounts paid or apply the full amounts paid to a new reservation at applicable rates for a rental period within 6 months of date of Arrival in the Agreement. If the cancellation is made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival you are entitled to a refund of 50% of amounts paid. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid for Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee. A refund of 100% of amounts paid will be made if the reservation is rebooked.
