WHAT'S NEW at the CONDO

We want this condo to be your first choice for accommodation at Lake Tahoe, so we're always looking for ways to improve your experience. Following is a list of improvements that have been made in recent years.

 

2008

• DVD player in each bedroom (the whole-house DVD feature is still available also)

• New pair of leather sofas, a comfy chair and area rug in the living room

• 6 new large framed Tahoe area photos in the living room, dining room and stairway

• iPod or MP3 player connection to the house audio system - bring your own music!

 

2007

• New easy to use audio video hand held control in the Great Room

• All-DVD video library of 400 movies

• Flat panel monitor and color printer/copier for computer system in Sierra room

• New World Traveler room king bed and designer head board

• Umbrellas and inflatable kayak for use at the beach

 

2005

• During September, the upper deck was expanded to add 25% more area and completely upgraded with new redwood flooring and rails

• The lower deck facing the beach off the World Traveler bedroom was improved by adding steps down to the beach walkway.

• Wireless network added providing internet access for guests with laptop computers (The condo computer is also on the network)

• Most VHS tapes were replaced with DVDs; there are now 400 movies in the video library.

2004

• The World Traveler bathroom was completely remodeled with new tile/glass shower enclosure, a new tile top vanity, new lighting, and a heated tile floor

• The downstairs mid-bathroom was remodeled with new vanity/lighting and a heated tile floor

• New tile floor was installed in the entry hallway

• The entire interior was painted with a new color palette

• New window shades were installed throughout

2003

• A new plasma television monitor was installed in great room video cabinet

• A new HP Pavilion computer was installed in the Digital Den
